Installation- This theme contains themepack file. Just double click the file and extract the themespack file wherever you want. Now double click it and Modern Warfare 2 theme will be added.
Changing Time Intervals- You can change the wallpapers changing time by clicking control panel and selecting Personalization. Choose the theme in which you want to change wallpaper time interval. Select Desktop Background and change the time in "change picture every" drop down box
